The Statuses page allows you to create a Status dictionary for use in individual inspection templates.

A separate status dictionary may be needed, in particular, to create a translation into another language or when using status names according to the company's internal business processes.

More about the relationship between the statuses at Status model

There are a total of nine predefined statuses, their number cannot be changed (but some statuses can be skipped by the inspection scheme setting, for example, "is being approved by a company employee" and "requires confirmation by the client"):

  • draft – inspection not completed, inspection begun, inspection in progress

  • sending – sending to server

  • preexpertise – sending to server (similar to sending)

  • expertise – under review

  • repeat – Inspection must be completed again

  • approval – approval required

  • clientagreement – signature required

  • contract – successfully made and approved inspection

  • deny_expertise – not approved (rejected after review)

Available settings for each Status:
